Sang-Soo Kim, PhD, PE
Dr. Sang-Soo Kim is the founder of EZ Asphalt Technology and creator of Asphalt Binder Cracking Device. He is an Associate Professor of Civil Engineering in the Russ College of Engineering and Technology at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, where he is a member of Ohio University’s Ohio Research Institute for Transportation and Environment.
Dr. Kim received his Ph.D. from Iowa State University and worked at the Western Research Institute on the Strategic Highway Research Program and several other asphalt research projects sponsored by the Federal Highway Administration. Dr. Kim is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and Association of Asphalt Paving Technologists.
